The DeKalb Chamber is pleased to announce that Tiyaka Bass has been named Events Coordinator at the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce. Bass officially joined the organization Monday, August 4th. In this new role, Bass is responsible for overseeing and assisting in the planning, execution, and logistics of Chamber-produced events, special projects, and fundraisers.

 

Bass brings over 25 years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail management, and event planning. As a business owner in DeKalb County and founder of Queens Tea Party in Chamblee, she offers extensive expertise in logistics, operations, and large-scale event coordination. Passionate about fostering connection and community, Tiyaka looks forward to curating impactful programs and signature events that support the Chamber’s mission of empowering businesses and strengthening DeKalb’s economic growth.
