As we move into 2024, what are the experts saying about the future of the office market? In this constantly evolving landscape we will discuss some of the myths and the realities about the market. It is not uncommon for Business Owners to be so consumed with the day-to-day responsibilities of operating the Business, including having proper insurance for tangible assets like Equipment and Buildings, that insuring two of their most important assets get neglected—Managerial Experience and Skill. According to Cornell University, 40% of Small Businesses passes to the second generation and 13% passes to the third generation. Finally, only 4% passes to the fourth generation.
