About our Instructor

Nancy Cleveland is the Program Manager for the Georgia Tech (GT) Apex Accelerator (formerly GTPAC, Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center). Ms. Cleveland leads a team of GT APEX Accelerator Counselors whose mission is to accelerate American entrepreneurship by teaching and assisting Georgia based entities to navigate government procurement and contracting processes. 

She has more than 30 years experience in small business management and consulting with and for federal, state, and local governments. Her expertise includes project management as well as being a former small business owner herself.

Ms. Cleveland holds an EMBA from the University of New Haven, Connecticut and BA in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University, Project Management Certificate, Boston University, Certified Procurement Professional, APTAC, and Certified Verification Counselor, Veteran Affairs.
